Once payment has been made, refunds are not available. Applicants must review all details carefully before completing the payment. The e-Visa is only valid for the passport used during application, and a new application is required for a different passport. The e-Visa is non-extendable and non-refundable.

Applicants can apply for a new electronic visa only after leaving Azerbaijan. While most applications are approved, there are no refunds for denied applications. If an e-Visa is rejected, applicants may still apply for a visa through a Azerbaijan consulate.
